About The Position

The Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships leads the intake, evaluation, and onboarding of external Partners that supplement CLEAResult’s capabilities, and owns the documentation and contracting relationships with national Strategic Partners. This role builds and runs the repeatable processes by which CLEAResult identifies capability gaps, sources and qualifies partners to fill them, and formalizes those relationships through agreements that protect CLEAResult and accelerate market expansion. This resource works across Growth, Business Development, Operations/Delivery, Engineering, Legal, and Procurement to ensure that partner-supplemented solutions are commercially sound, contractually governed, and ready to deliver in CLEAResult’s portfolios.

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in energy efficiency, renewable energy, or energy-related fields
  • Demonstrated success building and managing strategic or channel partnerships, including partner sourcing, qualification, and onboarding
  • Experience negotiating, documenting, and managing commercial agreements (MSAs, teaming/partnership agreements, subcontracts, SOWs, NDAs) with national or enterprise partners
  • Strong understanding of demand side management, energy efficiency, renewable energy, or related solutions and the capabilities required to deliver them in regulated energy markets
  • Ability to assess a partner’s capabilities against CLEAResult’s gaps and articulate the value proposition of a partnership to internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong financial and commercial analysis skills, with the ability to organize, document, and present results clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Comfort working with Legal, Procurement, and Finance to move agreements through review and execution
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, environmental science, energy analysis, engineering, economics, or a related analytical field is preferred
  • If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
