About The Position

HYPERMUSE Studio is Dulcedo Group’s AI Image & Video studio, built to extend what our talent, creators, and brand partners can achieve when human vision is amplified by the best emerging technology. Born from Dulcedo’s leadership at every major industry shift, HYPERMUSE is designed to deliver high-end, campaign-ready content with the speed and flexibility of AI - without compromising the values that define our business: consent, fairness, creative integrity, and trust. We don’t treat AI as a shortcut. We treat it as a new production advantage that is carefully directed, ethically structured, and built to protect the long-term value of the talent economy. Our studio exists to solve real commercial problems for brands - unlocking new formats, new creative worlds, and new efficiencies - while ensuring that digital likeness and AI-generated assets are managed with rigorous standards. Every deliverable is shaped by experienced creative leaders and producers, because at Dulcedo, technology doesn’t replace taste. It scales it.

Requirements

  • Five years or more in business development or partnerships, ideally in creative production, advertising, or media.
  • Owned a deal from the first call through to signature, and carried a target.
  • Proactively reach out to desired clients and partners.
  • Prefer building retainers over chasing one-off projects, and know how to run a first mandate so the client returns.
  • Ability to quickly assess project profitability, production effort, and fit.
  • Collaborate with the production lead on proposals.
  • Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.

Nice To Haves

  • Some understanding of AI image and video production.
  • Comfortable representing a studio that is not yet widely known.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full new-business cycle, from first contact through qualification, proposal, and signature.
  • Manage and structure the inbound pipeline: respond to incoming leads, lead introduction calls, and guide prospects through a clear, consistent commercial journey.
  • Design and build Hypermuse's outbound strategy to proactively reach the clients and partners the studio wants to work with, complementing its existing inbound flow.
  • Focus commercial efforts on long-term partnerships and recurring retainer agreements that create stable, predictable revenue.
  • Evaluate one-off opportunities on their financial merit, ensuring every engagement is worth the studio's production time.
  • Build Hypermuse's reputation within agencies, brands, production companies, and the AI creative ecosystem.
  • Develop strategic partnerships that strengthen Hypermuse's market position.
  • Contribute to the studio's visibility and long-term positioning through networking, industry presence, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand each client's marketing objectives, current content creation, and use of AI.
  • Present Hypermuse's portfolio and capabilities, and identify where the studio can create the most value for the client.
  • Formalize client needs through a structured intake process that feeds directly into scoping and proposals.
  • Assess every opportunity against clear criteria: profitability, production time required, fit with Hypermuse's positioning and portfolio, and strategic value.
  • Prioritize projects whose value justifies the studio's time, including relative to the growth of Hypermuse's own digital IP.
  • Build realistic, well-scoped proposals in close collaboration with the Head of Production, who validates feasibility, production effort, and the level of automation possible — key drivers of cost and pricing.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and close agreements that respect both the client's budget and Hypermuse's margins.
  • Own the client relationship from first contact through signature and onboarding.
  • Ensure a structured handoff to project management once onboarding is complete, while remaining the client's commercial point of contact for future opportunities.
