About The Position

The Senior Manager, Software Engineering, leads platform-level execution of software and AI/ML systems, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and roadmap milestones. This role oversees infrastructure, tooling, and frameworks to support scalable, secure development while driving full lifecycle management across multiple teams. The position champions DevOps practices, cloud cost optimization, and technical excellence to deliver high-availability systems. Requirements

Proven experience leading platform engineering and software development lifecycle across multiple teams.
Strong expertise in DevOps architecture, CI/CD practices, and cloud financial management (FinOps).
Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical initiatives, aligning execution with strategic roadmaps and milestones.
Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration to drive project delivery and unblock progress.
Proficient in software architecture, system design, and technical decision-making ensuring scalability and maintainability.
Experience mentoring engineers and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Effective project management skills with a focus on operational excellence and performance metrics.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
7 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
2 years’ supervisory experience.

Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field and 4 years' experience in software engineering or related field
