Requirements

  • Proven experience leading platform engineering and software development lifecycle across multiple teams.
  • Strong expertise in DevOps architecture, CI/CD practices, and cloud financial management (FinOps).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical initiatives, aligning execution with strategic roadmaps and milestones.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration to drive project delivery and unblock progress.
  • Proficient in software architecture, system design, and technical decision-making ensuring scalability and maintainability.
  • Experience mentoring engineers and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Effective project management skills with a focus on operational excellence and performance metrics.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
  • 7 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
  • 2 years’ supervisory experience.

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field and 4 years' experience in software engineering or related field
