The team emphasizes expertise in platform design, product strategy, and generative artificial intelligence, fostering a delivery-focused environment that supports innovation and excellence across the platform experience. Strong skills in project management, stakeholder engagement, and software engineering are essential to drive successful outcomes.

Requirements

Extensive experience in software engineering with strong knowledge of architecture, scalability, and design patterns.
Proven ability to analyze and scope complex requirements, including functional and non-functional aspects, aligned with business objectives.
Expertise in project and stakeholder management to drive technology roadmaps and deliver milestones effectively.
Proficiency in DevOps architecture and cloud financial management to optimize operational efficiency.
Skilled in guiding teams through agile methodologies, user story creation, and MVP development.
Strong background in defect management, root cause analysis, and continuous integration/deployment processes.
Demonstrated leadership in mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing engineering teams.
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Option 2: 7 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
2 years’ supervisory experience.

Guide teams in assessing feasibility, prioritizing features, and defining minimum viable products to meet core needs.
Oversee solution design, ensuring modular, scalable, and resilient architectures that address functional and non-functional requirements.
Direct coding standards, tool selection, and implementation of secure, maintainable, and high-availability software components.
Manage testing strategies, including automation and coverage, to ensure quality and performance compliance.
Drive program monitoring, defect resolution, and continuous integration/deployment processes to maintain product health.
Mentor and develop engineering teams, fostering performance and adherence to company policies and values.
