The AFL(AML, Fraud, Law IT) team is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining highly scalable, high-performance pipelines for enterprise business applications. We support critical domains such as Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Fraud Detection, and Law IT, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to deliver robust solutions that meet enterprise needs. Our work spans data processing pipelines, microservices architecture, cloud-ready applications, and modern front-end frameworks, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency for the businesses we support.

Requirements

  • Experience as a software development lead/manager working on complex initiatives managing multiple teams simultaneously.
  • Ability to independently handle module deliveries, multi-task effectively and provide timely updates
  • Experience with DevOps , CD/CI tools- Jenkins, GitHub, Automated Testing tools, or similar tools
  • Experience with building Cloud-ready microservices and containerizing applications
  • Demonstrated ability in written and oral communication skills along with strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to determine the information and communication needs of technical and business stakeholders
  • Strong organizational, project management and time management capabilities with experience in agile and waterfall methodologies

  • Experience with Big Data (Hadoop / Spark/JAVA)
  • Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills to work across technical functions and business units
