The Standards Management Team is responsible for evolving B Lab’s Standards (approximately every 3 to 5 years) to incorporate best practices and be best-in-class. This involves creating, managing, and innovating standards and performance-related products, maintaining the integrity of the B Movement, and educating stakeholders. The team engages with the independent Standards Advisory Council (SAC). The Senior Manager, Social Standards will support the application of existing B Lab Standards, lead future updates, and contribute to collective action efforts to improve social performance. This role requires developing and maintaining content for B Lab Standards, engaging with stakeholders for understanding and feedback, acting as a thought leader and ambassador for impactful business behavior, and supporting the growth of the B Corp movement. The role is managed by the Director of Standards and involves collaboration with global colleagues and stakeholders. Future oversight of direct reports is possible.
