Responsibilities

Lead and coach managers to strengthen team capability and drive outcomes.
Ensure execution against performance standards across all direct and indirect teams.
Monitor and analyze operational KPIs to identify improvement levers.
Drive urgency and accountability through visible leadership.
Implement new tools and process enhancements with precision.
Translate team goals into behaviors that serve business and client outcomes.
Leverage feedback to coach for impact and improve service delivery.
Navigate and lead teams through change with clarity and momentum.
Identify high-potential talent and advance succession plans.
Conduct weekly coaching-focused 1:1s with all direct reports.
Facilitate hands-on Manager Labs to scale resilience and upward communication.
Track coaching effectiveness and team engagement metrics.
Lead cross-functional initiatives as a transformation owner.
Provide strategic insights to leadership during planning and review cycles.
Build a high-performance leadership culture through visible reinforcement of expectations.
