About The Position

We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Senior Manager to join our team in Cyber Security. In this role, you will be responsible for investigating complex operational, security, and fraud threats across our wireline and wireless accounts and systems. You will manage multiple critical work streams, perform root cause analyses, and serve as a security liaison to our Executive Relations Teams. This position will require some scheduled and unscheduled after hours, weekend, and holiday coverage.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
  • Solid understanding of wireless and wireline systems, operational workflows, and account security.
  • Proven experience in fraud investigations, security, risk management, or threat operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, recognize patterns, and isolate system outliers.

Nice To Haves

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience writing formal executive summaries under tight deadlines.
  • Strong ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage competing priorities, and build trust across diverse teams.
  • Hands-on experience writing and executing SQL queries in production environments.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate complex operational anomalies, fraud patterns, and security threats across wireline and wireless systems.
  • Identify root causes and recommend strategies to improve program security and security across the business.
  • Partner closely with the Executive Relations Team to provide security support for sensitive account requests and manage urgent, high-visibility escalations.
  • Provide oversight of account lock removal and account protections including SIM lock and port freeze.
  • Review daily security events to identify suspicious internal or external threat actor behavior.
  • Analyze large sets of operational and sensitive data to spot trends, establish baselines, and detect subtle outliers or emerging threats.
  • Simultaneously manage multiple complex projects and investigative work streams, ensuring timely deliverables and operational compliance.
  • Build strong collaborative relationships across internal business units, technical partners, and cross-functional operational teams within Cyber Security, Corporate Security, Ethics and Investigations and other parts of the business.
  • Continually adapt to rapid changes in systems, operational processes, data structures, and the broader threat landscape including identifying ways to implement AI into our daily operations.
