American Express Global Commercial Services (GCS) is a leader in Commercial Payments Solutions and is experiencing significant growth. To sustain this success, optimizing the colleague sales experience is crucial for driving growth and sales effectiveness. The Sales Enablement, Pricing and Transformation (SPT) team plays a key role in fostering a strong sales experience. This role reports to the Director, Tools Strategy, and the team is responsible for defining and operationalizing the strategy and execution model for GCS’s sales tools and AI-driven workflows, aiming for a unified, data-driven seller experience throughout the sales journey. The Senior Manager, Sales Tools Strategy will evaluate the current state and define the future of the sales colleague tool strategy, operationalizing roadmaps. This involves building the analytical framework for decision-making, conducting internal and external analyses to align on new tool/AI workflow integration plans, and leading the end-to-end execution and enablement of these plans across the GCS organization. Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Analytics, Technology, and Enterprise platforms, this role will support the development and execution of the future-state seller experience, aiming to reduce workflow friction, improve adoption of key capabilities, and accelerate the integration of Gen AI into sales processes.
