Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce administration.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools like DOMO or Tableau.
• Proven ability to design and automate operational processes.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on actionable business insights.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to navigate between analytical work and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual and quarterly sales planning processes, including territory design and account allocation.
• Develop frameworks that assist Sales leadership in evaluating trade-offs and optimizing coverage.
• Build data-driven recommendations regarding sales productivity and headcount planning.
• Maintain high data quality standards across various systems including Salesforce and DOMO.
• Manage recurring sales operations deliverables and respond to reporting requests.
