About The Position

As a Senior Manager of Sales Operations at Buildertrend, you will optimize and scale sales processes and performance, define and drive recurring operating cadences, and drive execution of strategic programs. You are a strategic partner to sales leadership who informs, and ultimately brings to life, the overall sales strategy by way of thoughtful planning and prioritization.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field required.
7+ years of sales operations experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
Strong project management and organizational skills that bring structure and consistency.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
Deep experience with Salesforce, including reporting, dashboards, and process design.
Proven success improving forecast accuracy and pipeline discipline.
Clear communicator who can influence stakeholders and build trust across teams.

Responsibilities

Design and improve sales workflows, lead management, and pipeline processes to drive efficiency and a smooth customer experience.
Partner with business leaders to define and scope strategic initiatives that improve performance and pipeline health.
Lead execution of strategic programs, including milestones, ownership, dependencies, and outcomes.
Build and run operating cadences that give leaders clear visibility into performance and next steps.
Analyze sales data to evaluate results, identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Evaluate and optimize go-to-market systems with business systems and sales leaders.
Define reporting needs and partner with enablement to ensure teams have the tools and training they need.
