About The Position

The Senior Manager of Sales Operations will partner with sales leaders and finance teams to enhance the accuracy, reliability, and consistency of sales forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role involves managing and optimizing the sales process across multiple product lines and business units, ensuring streamlined operations and clear sales strategies. The position ensures that sales teams have access to high-quality data, tools, and reporting systems necessary to drive performance and meet targets. Additionally, the Senior Manager will work with Business Unit leaders and sales leadership to oversee account assignment and quota setting processes, ensuring fair and effective distribution of targets. This role requires communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams to align on sales priorities and business objectives, and a continuous assessment and improvement of sales processes, tools, and reporting systems to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness. The Senior Manager will also track sales data to assess team performance against targets, identifying trends and recommending actions for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field
  • 4 years’ experience as Senior Manager, Sales Operations or similar role
  • Demonstrated knowledge or experience in sales processes, sales methodologies, and revenue forecasting.
  • Demonstrated knowledge or experience in using CRM systems to extract sales data (NetSuite, HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Demonstrated knowledge or experience in data tools (Tableau or Power BI, Snowflake, QlikView).
  • Demonstrated knowledge or experience in Excel for data analysis.
