As a Sr. Sales Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of an emerging technology. Your responsibilities will include building and managing a highly talented sales team focused on driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration in the local geography. The ideal candidate will possess a technology sales management background that enables them to lead a team of experienced Account Managers with engagements at the CXO level. They should also be a self-starter who is prepared to own, define, develop and execute a geographic plan and consistently deliver on input goal and revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Experience in management of large, complex enterprise accounts or equivalent
  • Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and lines of businesses across organizations or equivalent
  • Experience building and managing a healthy sales pipeline focused on driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • 15+ years of technology related sales, business development or equivalent experience and 5+ years of sales team management experience

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree, or Master's degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing
  • Experience driving growth through and with cross-functional teams including inside sales, technical, marketing, segmentation, legal (contracts)
  • Experience leading sales teams through technology transitions, particularly in AI and machine learning, with demonstrated ability to position AI capabilities (including agentic AI) as business transformation enablers
