Requirements

  • 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Program Management.
  • Experience managing direct reports in a high-growth environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce (certifications are a plus).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain top talent, with a track record of coaching team members into elevated roles within the organization.
  • Experience in translating front-line challenges into scalable operational strategies
  • A collaborative partner who builds strong, trust-based relationships across departments and is skilled at driving consensus in complex environments.

  • Subject Matter Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of the merchant lifecycle, including internal onboarding flows and external merchant experience.
  • Technical Proficiency: Deep institutional knowledge of Salesforce architecture and its application in optimizing revenue-generating workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Alignment & Execution: Partner with Merchant Network leadership to translate high-level strategic initiatives into workable operational frameworks. Ensure all programs are simplified for front-line adoption while maintaining rigorous standards for delivery.
  • Next Best Action - Revenue Optimization: Own the full end to end delivery of Next Best Action, a new system to be used by the SMB success team that will drive revenue optimization and improved overall efficiency. Have the ability to keep implementation on track and focused on results with the acumen to proactively course-correct and pivot strategies if results are not meeting established benchmarks.
  • Merchant Pricing Strategy: Possess a deep understanding of what drives merchants to take action and invest in a business partnership. Conduct market research and partner with analytics to size opportunities and gain alignment from business leaders on most impactful levers. Test and iterate pricing strategy to meet market demand.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as a 'connective tissue' between Sales, Success, Product, and Finance to ensure a unified approach to the merchant experience. Serve as the central point of contact between technical and merchant facing teams. Advocate for operational requirements during the development cycle to ensure tools and features meet the practical needs of the business.
  • Operational Governance & Orchestration: Spend dedicated time with Sales and Success organizations to deeply understand their workflows, pain points, and customer interactions, ensuring all operational solutions are built with the end-user in mind. Manage the calendar for all new implementations while being mindful of timing to mitigate operational risk, ensuring that innovation does not impede core business continuity.
  • People Management: Lead a team of senior and junior associates, providing the guidance and resources necessary to execute complex implementations across the front line. Serve as a mentor and set expectations to operate as a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and accountability.
  • Systems & Resource Optimization: Drive the strategic roadmap for Salesforce and peripheral tooling. Continuously audit and optimize the tech stack to ensure maximum ROI and alignment with budgetary constraints.
  • High-Stakes Decision Making: Participate in executive-level forums, providing data-driven insights and making critical, real-time decisions regarding project scope, prioritization, and resource allocation.
  • Proactive Strategy: Identify inefficiencies and operational bottlenecks independently. Develop and propose long-term solutions that anticipate future business needs rather than reacting to immediate requests.
