About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated eRetail Commercialization Sr Manager to join our Customer Acquisition & Commercialization team. This role will be responsible for commercializing digital product features as they launch across our web and app platforms, ensuring that each new capability is positioned to drive adoption, customer value, and business growth. The Sr Manager will act as the connector between product, sales, membership, site merchandising, and marketing, ensuring seamless execution and communication around new features. This position is ideal for someone with a tech industry background—someone who understands how to translate product innovation into meaningful customer experiences and business impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Sales, or a related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in digital product commercialization, product marketing, or go-to-market roles in the tech industry
  • Proven ability to manage projects across multiple stakeholders and functions
  • Strong communication skills, with experience translating technical features into customer-centric value propositions
  • Demonstrated success in driving adoption of digital features or products
  • A tech-first mindset with deep understanding of digital product adoption cycles
  • Ability to connect dots across complex organizations, driving clarity and execution
  • Customer-first perspective, ensuring features are communicated in terms of solving customer needs
  • A balance of strategic thinking and operational discipline, with the ability to roll up your sleeves and deliver results

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in leading tech companies (e.g., Google, Meta, or other Silicon Valley-based firms) or high-growth startups
  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline
  • Track record of building commercialization strategies that integrate with sales and marketing campaigns
  • Program management experience and familiarity with program management tools (e.g., Airtable) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead go-to-market efforts for new digital features, positioning them to maximize customer adoption, engagement, and retention.
  • Partner closely with Product to understand feature roadmaps, priorities, and launch timing — then work with marketing, membership, sales, and site merchandising to drive alignment and execution. (Note: role does not directly manage engineering priorities but ensures commercial teams are aligned with Product’s roadmap.)
  • Create, own, and maintain a Commercialization Plan artifact that ties together multiple features into a connected story or set of themes, ensuring launches are positioned within broader customer and business contexts (e.g., seasonal campaigns, customer pain points).
  • Ensure feature launches are embedded into seasonal events, promotions, and key campaigns (e.g., Halloween, Holiday, Back-to-School).
  • Serve as a liaison between customers, sales teams, and product to capture insights, prioritize enhancements, and ensure features deliver measurable value.
  • Oversee execution of commercialization plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring accountability across all workstreams.
  • Track adoption, engagement, and business impact of feature launches, reporting results and insights to leadership.
