The Senior Manager, Global Retention Programs will lead deal support through cross-functional influencing skills on the highest value/most complex renewals across Gartner. This role involves implementing programs to ensure Gartner’s retention and growth strategy, creating scalable action plans, and driving presentations in planning sessions and strategy meetings with Senior Leaders. The position requires strong collaboration with Client Value Managers (CVMs) and Center of Excellence partners to build robust business cases for renewal and growth of large deals. Additionally, the role involves conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses to solve retention and growth challenges, partnering with cross-functional teams to implement solutions, and driving continuous improvement of processes and tools. The Senior Manager will also be responsible for scaling the team’s operational model to deliver exceptional deal support and owning initiatives and complex projects to completion with action-driven insights.
