The Senior Manager, Retail Innovation & Analytics is a strategic consumer insights leader responsible for advancing consumer centered, data-driven decision-making across Domestics Parks Retail and the Disney Store retail ecosystem. This role translates guest behavior and analytics into clear strategy, actionable insights, and measurable business outcomes that enhance both business performance and the guest experience. The ideal candidate is an analytical and strategic thinker with a passion for understanding guest behavior, solving complex problems, and challenging conventional approaches. They bring a strong ability to translate insights into action, align cross-functional teams, and ensure that consumer perspectives are embedded in key business decisions. Partnering closely with leaders across CIMA, DCP, Merchandising, Product Design, Marketing, and Operations, this role ensures consumer insights are embedded in strategic planning, innovation, and execution across retail environments. The position plays a critical role in scaling consumer-centric thinking and driving alignment across cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful and sustained impact.
