Requirements
- Proven experience in operations and project management within clinical or research environments.
- Strong expertise in managing clinical trials and research study operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate internal and external stakeholders and resolve issues promptly.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans, monitor key performance indicators, and drive continuous improvement.
- Skilled in resource management, including team leadership, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
- Adaptability and problem-solving aptitude to implement innovative operational models and support evolving business needs.
- Bachelor's degree in health science or related area.
- 5 years’ operational experience in clinical development.
- Prior work experience with decentralized trials and/or digital healthcare operations and implementation.
- Prior work experience in a clinical research environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Prior work experience healthcare, clinical trials, regulatory standards, and industry standards.
- Prior work experience utilizing Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
- Prior work experience in a high-growth environment to build a nascent operational infrastructure.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all operational aspects of research study execution in compliance with corporate and industry standards.
- Lead planning, recruiting, execution, and closing of research studies, ensuring timely delivery of objectives.
- Develop and monitor study plans and key performance indicators to assess progress and address issues.
- Drive operational capabilities and resource management for decentralized trial solutions using Walmart data and infrastructure.
- Provide supervision, mentoring, and development opportunities for associates to build a high-performing team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify needs, remove obstacles, and adjust plans to optimize performance.
- Promote adherence to company policies, ethics, and standards while supporting continuous learning and improvement.
