About The Position

Join a high-impact team driving inventory execution for new store and format launches, along with strategic initiatives that shape the future of retail. This role offers the opportunity to influence replenishment strategies, solve complex inventory challenges, and partner across key business functions to ensure operational readiness at scale. The Project Store Replenishment team leads inventory flow and execution for new store openings, remodels, and special initiatives. By optimizing replenishment strategies and creating inventory solutions, the team ensures merchandise is in the right place at the right time to support successful launches. This role works cross-functionally with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Real Estate, and Operations to improve processes and drive end-to-end inventory performance.

Requirements

  • Experience in merchandising, inventory management, or supply chain operations
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable solutions
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Adaptability in fast-paced, project-driven environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, business, data analytics, or related area and 5 years’ experience in supply chain, merchandising, engineering, business, data analytics, or related area.
  • 7 years’ experience in supply chain, merchandising, engineering, business, data analytics, or related area.

  • Experience in replenishment or inventory management
  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Supervisory experience
