About The Position
The (USA) Manager, Replenishment and Inventory Solutions leads inventory planning and supply chain execution to optimize product flow and availability. Requirements
- Proven expertise in inventory management, replenishment, and supply chain coordination.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven root cause analysis and problem resolution.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic inventory and supply plans aligned with business goals.
- Experience collaborating effectively with suppliers and cross-functional teams to optimize product flow.
- Demonstrated leadership in team development, mentoring, and performance management.
- Proficiency in managing inventory health metrics, including reducing understock and overstock situations.
- Skilled in utilizing inventory systems to support allocation, forecasting, and promotional planning.
- Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, data analytics, business, or related area and 2 years’ experience in supply chain, merchandising, engineering, business, data analytics, or related area.
- Option 2: 5 years’ experience in supply chain, merchandising, engineering, business, data analytics, or related area.

Responsibilities
- Drive sales and inventory performance through precise supply planning and vendor collaboration.
- Align launch forecasts and manage inventory flows to meet modular and promotional timing requirements.
- Lead root cause analysis and execute recovery plans to resolve out-of-stock and inventory health issues.
- Oversee inventory product flow, ensuring alignment with business goals and key performance indicators.
- Partner cross-functionally to optimize network inventory positioning at the lowest cost.
- Provide strategic leadership by setting performance standards, mentoring team members, and fostering continuous improvement.
- Monitor and improve On-Time-In-Full delivery metrics through supplier engagement and process enhancements.
