About The Position

Exol is seeking a Senior Manager, Reliability Engineering to establish and scale a reliability-driven maintenance and asset performance program across its highly automated warehouse operations. The role ensures equipment, automation, and infrastructure are designed, maintained, and operated to deliver predictable uptime, safety, and cost control, particularly during startup, ramp-up, and network expansion. Operating centrally, the position has direct influence across sites and serves as the enterprise owner of reliability strategy. The role owns reliability strategy and standards, identifies critical assets and failure risks, develops risk-based maintenance approaches, and partners with Automation and Engineering teams to improve system design for long-term reliability. It defines reliability data standards, KPIs, and reporting; analyzes downtime, performance trends, and cost drivers; and supports staffing, capital, vendor, and site-launch decisions. The position also leads OEM and vendor partnerships, coordinates with cross-functional teams, and communicates risks and improvement opportunities to senior leadership. The work may involve active warehouse and automation environments, multi-level structures, and elevated platforms. Up to 60% travel may be required, including travel to client and customer locations. Extended onsite presence may be required during critical launches or stabilization periods.

  • Ability to work in active warehouse and automation environments, including multi-level structures and elevated platforms.
  • Ability to comply with safety requirements, including PPE, LOTO, and fall protection standards.
