The Global Subsidiary Accounting team with CTS-Financial Services is hiring a Senior Manager, Record to Report for our Bentonville, Arkansas location. This impactful, high-visibility role will work closely with stakeholders within Walmart across its many divisions and business units in support of audit and consolidation related to accounting activity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and 4 years of experience in finance or related field OR 8 years of experience in finance or related field.
  • 2 years of supervisory experience OR 2 years of experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
  • Public Accounting experience or experience in entity level accounting transactions including intercompany and investment/equity accounting.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule, manage and oversee all the statutory audits for Walmart, Inc. Global Holding Companies under the responsibility of our team.
  • Responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and timely filing of GHC Financial Statements.
  • Assist Tax, Treasury, Global Consolidation and others on restructuring projects, acquisitions and dissolutions initiated by Tax, Treasury and others.
  • Assist other business customers with Legal Entity related questions including LE liquidations, dissolutions, etc.
  • Primarily responsible for all GHC related inquiries from Tax, Audit and Legal and others.
  • Be a forward-thinking leader on current and potential control concerns.
  • Drive automation and efficiencies to improve system functionality and reliability in addition to simplifying when possible.
