Requirements

  • Proven expertise in real estate development and portfolio management, including site selection and market analysis.
  • Strong project management skills with experience overseeing construction costs, contract negotiations, and change order evaluations.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities in mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Effective business negotiation skills to manage deal terms and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans that mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Adaptability to manage multiple projects and adjust priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field and 3 years’ experience in architecture, construction management, engineering, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in architecture, construction management, engineering, or related area.
