$80,000 - $155,000Onsite

About The Position

The Senior Manager, Executive Reporting & Financial Insights creates and leads a new executive reporting and business insight capability for Realty's CapEx and OpEx portfolio — a function that does not exist today. The role designs reporting methodologies, KPI frameworks, data governance standards, and BI capabilities from scratch, then drives adoption across six organizations without direct authority. The position engages directly with VPs and SVPs through dashboards, scorecards, and actionable insights, serving as the point of accountability for how Realty leadership sees financial performance and makes multi-billion-dollar investment decisions. The Capital Stewardship team within Walmart Realty oversees the execution of approved capital investments by managing budgets, forecasts, and governance across programs. Operating at the intersection of Finance, Technology, Construction, and Realty Operations, the team transforms complex data into actionable insights. Focused on scope control, forecast accuracy, and compliance, the team advances automation to improve efficiency and precision. This cross-functional group plays a vital role in safeguarding Walmart’s capital portfolio and delivering dependable financial oversight throughout real estate development and project execution.
