Position Summary We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager Quality Assurance with strong hands-on expertise across UI and API automation, modern QA engineering practices, and experience leveraging AI-assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to accelerate test development. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership skills, deep understanding of QA methodologies, and the ability to architect scalable automation frameworks using Java or Python. This role will define test strategies, lead automation initiatives, mentor engineers, and ensure high‑quality delivery in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Requirements

7+ years of hands-on QA experience across UI, API, and end‑to‑end testing.
5+ years of strong programming experience in Java or Python for automation development.
5+ years of expert-level UI test automation with Selenium WebDriver.
5+ years of advanced API automation using Rest Assured or similar frameworks.
5+ years of experience building and maintaining automation frameworks (TestNG, JUnit, Pytest).
5+ years of SQL experience for backend data validation.
3+ years of experience with Git and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
1+ year of hands-on experience using AI tools (GitHub Copilot) for code generation, refactoring, or QA optimization.

Nice To Haves

Demonstrate strong ownership by proactively identifying risks, communicating them early, and detecting requirement‑ or design gaps during requirement‑gathering phases.
Experience testing microservices or distributed systems.
Familiarity with BDD frameworks (Cucumber, Behave).
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience with API mocking tools like WireMock or Postman.
Understanding of Docker/Kubernetes environments.
Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).
Experience with Health care domain.
