Job Purpose Drives the continual development of a quality culture focused on zero defects. Develops, innovates and supports the strategic transformation of the Quality Management System (QMS) per ISO 9001 and IATF 16949, along with other applicable international standards. Oversees the Business Management processes and aligns with the Global QMS Team. Manages and supports the multi-site QMS for the Center of Excellence (COE) through the development and improvement of processes/procedures, internal auditor competence, internal audit program, and overall quality culture. Drives the strategic scope of the QMS within the COE and collaborates with other COEs to standardize best practices. Collaborates with operations, engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and executive stakeholders to drive improvement. Manages the Corporate QMS Team.
