About The Position
Leads and oversees the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects by defining project scope, objectives, and timelines, allocating resources, and managing project budgets. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, communicates project progress to stakeholders, and mitigates risks to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting quality standards.
Requirements
- 7-10 years work experience
- Prior experience in large scale vendor management oversight, both domestically and off-shore.
- Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
- Adept at business intelligence
- Adept at collaboration and teamwork
- Mastery of problem solving and decision making skills
- Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
Nice To Haves
- Prior management experience with direct reports
- Thorough understanding of call forecasting
- Prior experience with developing Statements of Work and Request for Proposals.
- Ability to travel internationally
