Requirements

  • Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering(any), Math, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, plus three (3) years of software development, consulting, or business analysis experience in IT field.
  • Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering(any), Math, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, plus six (6) years of progressive post-baccalaureate software development, consulting or business analysis experience in IT field.
  • One (1) year of IT project management work experience using one of the following skill sets: SAP ECC, SAP S/4 HANA, and SAP Solution Manager (SolMan); SAP CMR, SAP S/4HANA BRIM, and SAP S/4HANA Fiori; OR Oracle, WebLogic, and problem management with issue resolution and root cause analysis.
  • All experience may be acquired concurrently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of customized business systems software applications across multiple projects.
  • Plan and oversee project execution throughout the full project life cycle, including scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Direct and coordinate daily operations of onshore and offshore teams by assigning work, setting priorities, and monitoring performance.
  • Establish service level agreements, quality standards, and delivery schedules to ensure timely and compliant project outcomes.
  • Maintain ongoing client communications and prepare status reports for stakeholders and senior management.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on risk management, budgeting, and quality assurance to ensure successful project delivery.
