About The Position

The Decisioning Platform team builds and manages the core logic engine that powers critical business decisions across Capital One. Decisioning Platform supports major use cases across acquisitions, recoveries, collections, and Discover. As a Senior Manager Project Manager at Capital One, you will step in as the People Leader for our Decisioning Platform PMO. You will inherit a proactive, highly capable, and energetic team of three (who possess deep institutional knowledge) with the immediate opportunity to hire and build out the team further. Reporting to a process-driven Product Manager who is deeply passionate about the PMO, you will act as the connective tissue across capabilities, as well as the owner of the intake and onboarding process. We are looking for an autonomous, strategic thinker with exceptional organizational skills who is never afraid to challenge the status quo. You won't just manage the process; you will figure out what this space needs, identify repetitive tasks for automation, and continuously drive us toward operational excellence.
