About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Project Management leader to lead our Wisconsin & Georgia project management group. This role is responsible for building a high-performing team, driving disciplined execution across a complex customer project portfolio, and partnering cross-functionally to improve delivery performance, customer confidence, and business results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Ideally 10+ years’ experience in project management, operations, engineering, or customer delivery within an engineered-to-order, custom manufacturing, construction, industrial, or similarly complex project-based environment.
  • Ideally 5+ years’ of people leadership experiencing including developing talent, to lead teams or leaders, build scalable processes, develop talent, and drive accountability across a project-based organization.
  • Strong business and financial competence, including experience with project margins, budgets, forecasts, risks, change orders, and customer commitments.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to work effectively with customers, senior leaders, functional partners, and site teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in project governance, portfolio reporting, execution metrics, continuous improvement, ERP/scheduling systems, or PMP/Lean/Six Sigma preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Project Management organization for an engineered-to-order business, setting the strategy, operating cadence, standards, and expectations needed to deliver complex customer projects safely, on time, on budget, and to specification.
  • Lead all aspects of project execution, including schedule alignment, margin protection, change order discipline, risk management, customer communication, and escalation resolution.
  • Partner across Sales, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, and local teams to align customer requirements, capacity, technical inputs, and execution priorities.
  • Strengthen project management processes, tools, metrics, and governance to improve forecast accuracy, resource planning, schedule reliability, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Coach and develop project management leaders and team members, building capability, accountability, and scalable operating practices across the function.
  • Lead executive-level portfolio reviews and represent the Project Management organization in customer discussions, business planning, and operational reviews.
