About The Position

The Senior Manager, Project Management leads the execution of complex, cross-functional projects by developing strategic business plans, managing resources, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role involves overseeing project milestones, mitigating risks, and fostering collaboration among stakeholders to drive operational excellence. The position also emphasizes talent development through coaching and mentoring, promoting ethical standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Our team leads complex, high-visibility supply chain construction projects that support Walmart’s nationwide logistics network. We manage projects from initial planning through turnover, collaborating cross-functionally with internal and external partners to ensure safe, efficient, and scalable execution. Project Managers on this team hold significant ownership and gain broad exposure, contributing to the development and operation of Walmart’s facilities. The team emphasizes strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and clear communication to deliver impactful results aligned with business goals. Requirements

Proven expertise in project management with the ability to lead multiple complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Strong leadership skills to mentor, develop, and motivate teams while fostering a collaborative work environment.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities to align project goals with business priorities.
Proficiency in risk management, including identifying potential risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
Experience in driving data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement to enhance project outcomes.
Commitment to upholding ethical standards, company policies, and fostering a culture of accountability and integrity.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 4 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area OR 6 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area.
2 years’ supervisory experience.
3 years’ project management experience.
