The Coca-Cola Company, Commercial Product Supply (CPS) is seeking an experienced Programme Management Office (PMO) Lead to drive the delivery of our Future of Work (FoW) programme. This is a critical strategic initiative that will transform how we organise, plan, develop capabilities, and optimise performance across our global manufacturing network of 19 plants spanning 17 countries and 3,700 employees. The PMO Lead will be the central pillar of program execution, responsible for ensuring strategic alignment, effective governance, progress visibility, and delivery excellence across five integrated workstreams. This role acts as the key connector between workstream leaders, senior leadership, and regional teams — serving as the primary point of reference for program management, coordination, and accountability. This is a pivotal role in driving transformation and sustainable high-performance culture across CPS. The PMO Lead will have direct visibility with senior leadership, influence over programme direction, and the opportunity to build a high-performing programme team.
