Mercer Advisors
•$110,000 - $120,000•Hybrid

About The Position

Mercer Advisors uses a team-selling model for its most complex client opportunities, bringing together regional sales leaders, wealth advisors, and specialists across tax, estate planning, financial planning, and investments for high net worth households. The Program Operations Senior Manager will partner directly with the Director of Client Development to manage and optimize this program. This is a highly visible role that involves working with sales leaders, coordinating specialists, partnering with IT, and identifying areas for improvement within the sales process. The ideal candidate will be proactive in noticing recurring issues, objections, or process gaps.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in sales operations, program management, or revenue enablement, ideally in wealth management or financial services.
  • Strong Salesforce skills, including dashboards, pipeline hygiene, and reporting.
  • Working knowledge of tax, estate planning, financial planning, and investments to credibly coordinate specialists.
  • Hands-on AI experience in a work setting.
  • Proven ability to coordinate a group toward a decision without being the most senior person in the room.
  • Clear writing skills and the ability to translate data into executive recommendations.
  • A proactive driver who solves problems rather than escalating, speaks up when something is wrong, and spots trends early.
  • Comfort building structure in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

  • Run the program and own the sales process day-to-day, from opportunity creation through verbal commit and handoff.
  • Define HNW prospect qualification criteria and set standards for stages, aging opportunities, meetings, and specialist participation.
  • Track active opportunities, identify reasons for stagnation, and intervene to drive progress.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for RVPs, CDAs, and specialists seeking answers, templates, or status updates.
  • Own HNW pipeline data in Salesforce, including stage definitions, hygiene standards, and maintaining a single source of truth.
  • Partner with Salesforce IT to transition manual reporting to governed dashboards.
  • Produce biweekly pipeline reports for senior leaders and provide analysis of the data.
  • Log opportunity outcomes and maintain current competitive intelligence based on field feedback.
  • Develop and deliver training, onboarding materials, playbooks, and templates, ensuring they remain up-to-date.
  • Measure adoption rates and use data insights to inform coaching strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Deal Desk and integrate learnings from closed opportunities back into the program.
  • Partner with IT, Operations, Marketing, Learning & Development, and Compliance.
  • Resolve channel overlap issues between HNW, Direct-to-Consumer, and Employee Referral programs.
