We are seeking a Sr Manager, Program Management to drive high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across the organization. This is not a traditional project management role focused solely on timelines and task tracking—instead, this position blends program management, operational transformation, and internal consulting. This individual will lead and support a diverse portfolio of initiatives ranging from platform launches to internal transformation efforts designed to improve processes, systems, and operational efficiency across the business. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, legal, and operations, along with the ability to bring structure to ambiguous environments. This is a highly visible position with exposure across all business units and serves as a strong launchpad for future growth within the organization.

Requirements

  • Experience in project or program management within a healthcare, healthcare technology, or broader technical environment
  • Strong ability to operate in ambiguity and create structure in rapidly evolving situations
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
  • Hands-on experience using Smartsheet for project tracking, reporting, dashboards, or automation
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive outcomes across several concurrent initiatives

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in project or program management (or consulting) within a healthcare, healthcare technology, or broader technical environment, paired with strong cross-functional collaboration across technical and non-technical teams
  • Proven ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and build structure while managing multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Hands-on experience with Smartsheet, including building dashboards, reporting, and automation, with a background in consulting or transformation-oriented work preferred

Responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of concurrent projects, typically balancing one or two large, high-impact initiatives alongside smaller efforts
  • Leading cross-functional initiatives across product, engineering, legal, and operations teams
  • Driving both traditional project efforts (e.g., product launches, migrations) and operational transformation initiatives focused on improving systems and processes
  • Building structure, reporting, and visibility through tools like Smartsheet, including dashboards and automated workflows
  • Partnering with stakeholders to align priorities, track progress, and drive outcomes across complex initiatives
  • Identifying opportunities to improve internal processes and enhance organizational efficiency
  • Navigating ambiguity and proactively creating clarity in environments with limited documentation or established processes
