This role is responsible for managing EACs (Estimate at Completion), Earned Value (EV), and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) across multiple concurrent contracts. A key focus will be on developing, analyzing, and maintaining EACs to ensure accurate financial forecasting and tracking program performance. This includes monitoring cost, schedule, and technical performance metrics, conducting variance analysis, identifying risks and opportunities, and providing actionable insights to drive informed decisions. Additionally, this role includes managing 1-2 major program suppliers, overseeing the complete purchase order lifecycle for new contracts, and ensuring supplier alignment with program objectives, schedules, and performance goals. This position requires experience in supply chain management, material requirements planning (MRP), procurement processes, and supplier engagement to enable successful execution of new program startup activities. Responsibilities will also include contributing to the development of material strategies, fostering supplier relationships, and supporting program objectives during the early stages of contract execution. Success in this role will require analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with clearly communicating complex financial and program data to stakeholders. Collaboration across cross-functional teams, suppliers, and leadership is essential, with a consistent focus on meeting cost, quality, and schedule requirements.
