Requirements

Strong understanding of secured lending products, mortgage economics, pricing strategies, and key portfolio performance drivers.

Responsibilities

Play a critical role in forecasting, portfolio analytics, and strategic initiatives for Tangerine's Secured Lending business.
Identify opportunities to optimize growth, profitability, and client value by combining data, market insights, and business acumen.
Shape product and portfolio strategies and deliver impactful recommendations to senior leaders by working closely with cross-functional partners.
Build a high-performing team that drives results in a dynamic environment.
Championing a client-obsessed culture by leveraging data-driven insights to deliver lending solutions that create value for homeowners and support positive client outcomes.
Leveraging a growth mindset by continuously seeking opportunities to improve forecasting methodologies, portfolio performance, and business processes.
Contributing to a dynamic workplace that fosters trust, integrity, and inclusion while building strong relationships across Product, Risk, Finance, and Analytics teams.
Removing obstacles and simplifying complexity to help accelerate strategic initiatives and improve business outcomes.
Leading the forecasting and performance management of Tangerine's Secured Lending portfolio, transforming data and market insights into actionable recommendations.
Shaping portfolio growth strategies through pricing analytics, profitability assessments, business case development, and scenario planning.
Identifying opportunities and risks arising from economic trends, housing market developments, and competitive dynamics.
Influencing strategic decisions by presenting clear, data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
Building and developing a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous development.
