About The Position

Samsung Ads is an advanced advertising platform leveraging Samsung’s first-party TV data to connect brands with audiences across all screens, reaching over 200 million Samsung Smart TVs worldwide. The company is a global leader in technology and innovation, redefining digital advertising by delivering intelligent, innovative, and effective solutions. This Senior Product Marketing Manager role will lead efforts in North America and beyond, shaping the future of product marketing strategy for Samsung’s upper-funnel video solutions focused on reach, awareness, and audiences. This B2B-focused role involves developing, designing, and executing the Samsung Ads Product Marketing portfolio, including new ad formats, targeting types, and data partnerships for 360-degree integrated campaign offerings. The leader will collaborate with Business Development, Product Managers, Sales, and Go-To-Market partners to translate Samsung Ads’ goals into actionable, sellable solutions for Sellers and Agency teams. The role requires strong product marketing ownership throughout the product development lifecycle, working with partner teams for development, roll-out, lead generation, and product adoption tracking and training. The objective is to create unique, Samsung-exclusive solutions that package Samsung’s tools into cohesive, strategic, must-buy client offerings, focusing on developing frameworks and principles for custom feel at scale. This senior individual contributor will play a key part in the continued success of Samsung Ads, packaging product ideas to drive well-tested, monetized, and adopted success for B2B clients, agencies, and industry partners. The ultimate goal is to make Samsung Ads solutions a must-buy partner and to simplify, streamline, and better define Samsung’s go-to-market strategy while delivering industry-leading solutions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in leading advertising-related product marketing programs, the majority of which have been spent driving leading product marketing programs in media, programmatic, sponsorship, and/or technology-related ad sales.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in upper funnel video solution building, including deep knowledge in reach, awareness, roadblocks, and audiences.
  • Strong familiarity with client expectations and outcomes, as well as industry standard pricing and bundling concepts.
  • Familiar with packaging, bundling, upfronts, and sponsorships.
  • Experience in leading the full lifecycle of B2B, ads, or content product marketing development, from early-stage Product Manager / BD partnership to alpha/beta to general availability, partnering with cross-functional teams as needed.
  • Proven Track Record of Successful Product Launches: Successfully developed, launched, and deployed new products, and accelerated adoption of existing products, especially within the CTV, programmatic, sponsorship, or advertising space.
  • Outstanding cross-functional relationship, particularly with Product, Engineering, Product, L&D, Monetization, and Sales teams.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, basic 3rd party market research, and crafting product arc narratives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (product, marketing, business, media, etc).

Nice To Haves

  • Direct experience at or with leading media, CTV/OTT advertising platforms, or related programmatic platforms (e.g. Meta, Netflix, Google, Amazon, Apple, Pinterest, Disney, Roku, TikTok, etc).
  • Familiarity with Samsung Ads products, including but not limited to programmatic and direct offerings, device capabilities, and Samsung TV+ upper funnel offerings.
  • Data-driven: Use data and metrics regularly to understand product adoption, quantify product feedback and performance, and overall commercial impact.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication, as well as persuasive presentation skills.
  • Strong Operator: Exceptionally organized and operationally-focused.

Responsibilities

  • Lead B2B Product Marketing for Samsung cross-portfolio offerings, serving as the primary point of contact for Product Marketing for 360 Samsung offerings/bundles, working closely with cross functional teams to bring these offerings from launch into successful, always-on, must-buy offerings.
  • Develop and Execute Strong Go-To-Market that Drives B2B Samsung Custom Scalable Solutions Offerings, refining and accelerating the team’s overall go-to-market product strategy from conception to launch to recurring buys.
  • Package New and Existing Offerings that Meet Customer Business Objectives, taking new, complex products and distilling them into easy-to-understand offerings for client audiences, working with partner teams to refine product market fit, and combining products in productive, unique ways that create a flywheel effect for customers.
  • Build and Refine Value Propositions, creating clear, compelling narratives for each Samsung Upper Funnel offering/content, bringing industry and market intelligence into the mix.
  • Define the Samsung Product Arc, working with Product, Engineering, GTM, and Insights to build clear ‘sales ready’ turnkey programs, including cases, claims, and benchmarks that inspire confidence in sellers and adoption from clients.
  • Partner Cross-Functionally, working daily with Product Managers, Product Strategy, Marketing and Sales to bring offerings to life, and regularly bringing an informed recommendation on offering steer and deployment.
