As the Senior Manager, Product Manager- Migration Strategy & Ecosystem Readiness, you will report directly to the Director of the Migration Domain. This is a high-visibility, high-impact leadership role, where you will translate our overarching program vision into an intentional, seamless strategy for millions of customers. In this role, you will lead the definition of the migration scope, simplification strategies, and target-state customer and business experiences. You will guide product analysis, business rules, and future-state design decisions, while serving as the primary quarterback ensuring that our broader ecosystem including operational processes, associate servicing, training, and customer communications is systematically prepared to support both our associates and customers throughout the migration journey. Requirements

  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing OR Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience
