About The Position

Apollo is seeking a Senior Product Builder (Product Manager) to own the vision and roadmap for the Enterprise Readiness & Admin Platform. This role is crucial for enabling Apollo to serve larger customers by building a robust control plane for permissions, roles, admin workflows, manager controls, territory and assignment, and overall enterprise governance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in upmarket GTM tooling, experience with platform/admin/governance products, and a proven ability to drive outcomes in ambiguous, high-stakes environments. This is a founder-like problem, requiring someone to define, standardize, and ship capabilities that will significantly impact Apollo's ability to win larger deals and expand its market reach.

Requirements

  • Heavy upmarket GTM tooling experience (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot, Gong, Clari, ZoomInfo, or similar).
  • Experience serving mid-market and enterprise customers.
  • 3+ years of product management experience with ownership from strategy through launch, adoption, iteration, and measurement.
  • Experience with platform, admin, permissions, governance, RBAC, permission models, admin consoles, provisioning, SSO/SCIM, multi-tenant scoping, or enterprise-readiness products.
  • Strong systems thinking ability to transform fragmented surfaces into adopted standards.
  • Track record of delivering business outcomes, not just shipping features.
  • High agency in ambiguous situations and a drive to tackle unowned, high-stakes problems.
  • Strong product taste and ability to make complex systems feel simple.
  • Comfort making tradeoffs and saying no to one-off requests.
  • Hands-on comfort with data, prototyping, and AI tools for rapid validation.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience owning identity, access, governance, or admin products at enterprise scale.
  • Experience helping a company move upmarket by shipping platform capabilities for larger customers.
  • Deep knowledge of GTM systems: territory, assignment, book of business, CRM permissions, manager controls, and RevOps workflows.
  • Experience with Salesforce territory/permission models or equivalent CRM administration systems.
  • Founder or builder experience.
  • Experience operating close to RevOps, Sales Ops, IT admins, security teams, or enterprise buyers.

Responsibilities

  • Define the vision and roadmap for how Apollo governs access across the rep org, including permissions, roles, admin, managers, territory, and assignment.
  • Develop a standard permission model to replace fragmented flags and team-level toggles with a clear enforcement path.
  • Own the admin experience for Users & Teams, roles, access, provisioning, settings, and core configuration workflows.
  • Build the manager experience to provide frontline leaders with control over their teams’ books, territories, access, and operating models.
  • Develop territory and assignment capabilities that can support enterprise CRM models, including multi-territory logic and parity with systems like Salesforce.
  • Implement governance, scoping, and least-privilege controls to ensure Apollo meets enterprise requirements.
  • Establish instrumentation, standards, and a product quality bar to make controls a platform for other Apollo teams.
