•$191,000 - $297,000•Hybrid

About The Position

Nordstrom is hiring a Senior Manager of Product Management to own the discovery experience across Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack. Discovery includes the customer experience before checkout, such as the homepage, search, browse, and product pages. The role leads product managers responsible for discovery experience, search and agentic shopping, search and browse foundations, digital optimization, and experimentation. The successful candidate will balance customer delight with technical depth, advancing an AI-native and increasingly agentic shopping experience in partnership with internal teams and third-party technology providers. The position defines a multi-year discovery strategy and roadmap, communicates the rationale to partners and senior leaders, and guides personalization, relevance, editorial storytelling, and end-to-end customer journeys. It also establishes ways to evaluate machine-learning and AI quality, including offline metrics, human review, and A/B tests, and determines when models and AI features are ready for customers. The Senior Manager partners across Engineering, Data Science, Design, Digital Merchandising, Marketing, and Stores; coaches and develops product managers; and defines KPIs such as conversion, engagement, and customer satisfaction. The role is hybrid in Seattle, Washington. Candidates must be available to work at Nordstrom’s corporate headquarters at least four days per week.
