About the Team Capital One’s Card Core Customer Data Management team is responsible for managing and monitoring controls for all Customer Data. This team is an instrumental part of the Credit Card Core Platform to ensure that all data is accurate before cascading to other teams. As the product lead, you will work with internal application and platform teams, business, and compliance stakeholders to unpack the data needs of the entire customer journey and move the end-to-end experience to a modern tech stack. We’re experimenting with advanced technologies to creatively overcome the technical difficulties and are looking for someone who will not only embrace the changes, but feel intrigued by the unknowns and are ready to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty to lead teams through this journey. The preferred candidate will have experience working in Compliance and/or Risk Management organizations within a major financial company, with a solid understanding of risk and control methodology, regulatory requirement management and applicability. Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
