About the Team As the Senior Product Manager on the Associate Experience team, you will lead the experience layer for Associate Assist, defining the complex orchestration logic that makes our AI tools work seamlessly together. By creating a unified front door, you will prevent costly silos and guide users from simple knowledge discovery all the way through to actionable workflow execution without friction. We are looking for a product leader who has successfully moved AI Agent architectures from Proof of Concept to Production at scale and knows how to design stateful agent workflows. Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
  • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Nice To Haves

  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
  • Experience with Agent Frameworks, AI Orchestrators, or Agentic Workflow Designers
  • Experience with emerging AI integration standards and asynchronous tool execution

Responsibilities
