About The Position

The incumbent will be part of the SBS Card Pricing team within the Commercial Lending & Product Analytics organization. This role is focused on delivering data-driven pricing insights that inform strategy and drive business outcomes across the Small Business Services (SBS) card portfolio. The individual will lead core pricing analytics, including segmentation, KPI development, and strategic analysis to identify opportunities and optimize pricing decisions. A key component of the role is building and maintaining a structured competitive intelligence framework to track market dynamics, competitor pricing, fee structures, and product innovations. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, the ability to solve complex and unstructured problems, and the capability to translate data into clear, actionable business recommendations. The role will partner closely with cross-functional teams including Risk Management, Finance, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Testing, and broader SBS Product teams.
