About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Pricing Transformation Strategy and Adoption to lead post-implementation strategy and business transformation following the implementation of a new pricing platform. This role is accountable for defining and delivering the future-state pricing processes and operating model, ensuring TD is positioned to fully realize the benefits of the transformation. You will own the roadmap for post-launch enhancements, pricing sophistication, and process evolution, bridging strategy and execution to deliver sustained business impact. You will partner closely with the Senior Manager of Pricing Migration to ensure a seamless transition from implementation to long-term value realization.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in insurance, consulting, strategy, or transformation
  • Solid foundation in pricing strategy and actuarial techniques, including good understanding of regulatory environment
  • Experience in operating model design, change management, or post-implementation execution
  • Strong stakeholder influence and cross-functional leadership
  • Ability to translate strategy into executable roadmaps
  • Strong communication skills

  • Experience with pricing platforms or rating engine implementation
  • Solid understanding of insurance pricing and product ecosystems

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the Day 2 pricing strategy, including roadmap and backlog for post-launch enhancements, ensuring decisions optimize for long-term business value and embed future-state considerations
  • Design and implement the future-state pricing operating model, including roles, governance, and decision frameworks
  • Define end-to-end pricing processes, including BAU rate change lifecycle and testing/validation processes post-implementation, ensuring alignment between system capabilities and business processes to support scalability
  • Align operating model design with change execution to embed new ways of working
  • Own change management strategy and roadmap for pricing, including change impact assessment
  • Drive adoption of new workflows, processes, and decision frameworks for pricing teams
  • Establish and monitor post-implementation adoption metrics and KPIs to measure success and identify gaps
  • Partner closely with Senior Manager, Pricing Migration to align Day 1 delivery with Day 2 objectives
  • Lead and coach team members, fostering a collaborative environment
  • Promote innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
