Senior Manager, PMO Analytics is responsible for architecting and operating the DT Single Pane of Glass (SPoG) ecosystem that provides the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) with integrated, real-time visibility across Portfolio, Demand, Capacity, Financials, Workforce, and Risk domains. This role serves as the analytics backbone of the PMO — transforming fragmented enterprise data into cohesive, executive-ready intelligence that enables strategic prioritization, investment trade-offs, and operational performance management.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in PMO, portfolio management, enterprise analytics, or digital strategy roles.
  • Advanced hands-on expertise in Power BI (complex data modeling, DAX, automation).
  • Experience integrating multi-source enterprise data environments.
  • Strong executive presence with demonstrated ability to facilitate SLT discussions.
  • Proven ability to convert analytics into strategic recommendations.
  • Deep understanding of portfolio governance, financial management, and capacity planning.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain integrated executive dashboards spanning: PMO: Portfolio health, milestone adherence, risk heatmaps, delivery performance, benefits realization.
  • Demand & Capacity: Demand pipeline, intake cycle time, capacity utilization, skill gaps, forecast accuracy, scenario modeling.
  • Finance: Run/Grow/Transform investment mix, budget vs. actuals, CapEx/OpEx tracking, cost-to-deliver analytics.
  • HR / Workforce: Resource mix (FTE vs. contractors), skill distribution, attrition trends, hiring pipeline, productivity metrics.
  • Cyber & Risk: Security risk exposure, compliance posture, remediation progress, system criticality heatmaps.
  • Executive Strategic Alignment View: Initiative alignment to strategic themes, OKRs, enterprise priorities, and transformation roadmaps.
  • Develop sophisticated Power BI models using advanced DAX, data modeling, and cross-system integration.
  • Integrate data from Planview, JIRA, ERP, HR systems, and Cyber platforms into a harmonized analytics framework.
  • Conduct complex quantitative analysis including: Capacity vs. demand optimization Scenario modeling for prioritization trade-offs Portfolio throughput analysis Forecast variance and trend analysis Predictive risk indicators
  • Establish standardized KPI frameworks and data governance across domains.
  • Evangelize the use of AI within PMO processes and reporting
  • Prepare and lead analytics-driven discussions with SLT.
  • Translate complex data into concise executive narratives.
  • Proactively identify insights, risks, and performance inflection points.
  • Enable data-driven prioritization decisions within governance forums.
