About The Position

Oracle is building the cloud foundation for Oracle's SaaS businesses. The Oracle SaaS Spectra Platform (Spectra Platform) is a large-scale, multi-tenant platform, native to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), that helps Oracle SaaS teams run cloud-native services on OCI and Kubernetes. We are seeking a Senior Manager, Platform Software Engineering to manage and develop engineering teams building the control-plane services and foundational Kubernetes infrastructure behind Spectra Platform. These teams own the services that provision and operate customer environments, deploy workloads, manage secrets and environment metadata, and provide the networking, ingress, service mesh, certificate management, private connectivity, and policy enforcement needed to run SaaS workloads securely at scale. This is a senior engineering leadership role for someone who enjoys developing teams while staying close to deep technical systems work. You will hire, coach, set direction, grow engineering leaders and senior engineers, guide architecture, manage execution, and partner across OCI, Oracle SaaS, security, site reliability engineering, and product teams to deliver platform services that developers trust and production customers depend on.

Responsibilities
