About The Position

We are scaling our global technology operations to deliver highly available, secure, and efficient services. As a Technology Operations Senior Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping our evolving operations organization while leading core technology operations capabilities. This leader will initially oversee select operational domains and own the development and execution of operational strategy for those areas, partnering closely with senior technology leaders to define the future-state operating model, team structure, and investment priorities. Flexibility, systems thinking, and strong leadership judgment will be essential as teams, scope, and responsibilities evolve alongside the organization. In addition, this role will champion availability, scalability, resilience, and reliability across cloud, network, and on-premise platforms, while influencing the broader technology organization to adopt similar standards. The leader will drive adoption of modern, AI-enabled and automation-first capabilities to enhance operational effectiveness, simplify complexity, and scale sustainably. A key accountability includes ensuring global compliance with IT Service Management standards, tools, and processes, while continuously improving the quality, integrity, and strategic value of operational data.

Requirements

  • Track record of delivering modernization, automation, and data-driven operational outcomes.

  • Demonstrate a disciplined, relentless focus on operational rigor, reliability, and strategic execution across cloud and on-premise platforms.
  • Lead and evolve multiple technology operations capabilities, adapting scope and structure as the organization matures.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a geographically distributed leadership team, strengthening operational maturity and leadership depth.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
