About The Position
We are looking for a Senior Manager of Software Development to lead the OCI Build engineering team. OCI Build is a critical developer infrastructure platform that enables OCI teams to securely and reliably turn source code into deployable artifacts at cloud scale. In this role, you will lead engineering teams responsible for the architecture, reliability, security, and evolution of the Build platform. You will partner with senior engineers and teams across OCI to improve build performance, developer experience, software supply-chain security, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Experience building and operating large-scale distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD platforms, or developer tools.
- Track record of growing high-performing teams.
Responsibilities
