About The Position

The U.S. Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the US Consumer Services Group and is responsible for making membership essential by creating and delivering world class marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged card members across the customer lifecycle. The Prospect, Partner & Customer Growth (PPCG) team delivers member-centric performance marketing that fuels this success by gaining share of premium demand, deepening Card Member engagement, and marketing premium partnerships and products that deliver differentiated membership experiences. The Senior Manager, Performance, Reporting & Insights will own performance reporting, executive narrative and insight generation across Prospect & Key Platforms and PPCG. This role will serve as a critical partner to channel teams, Marketing Strategy, Investment Optimization, Finance and Analytics, translating performance signals into clear risks, opportunities, actions and investment decisions. They will be a critical member of the Prospect & Key Platforms Leadership Team and help raise the standard for reporting, forecasting, governance and performance culture across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Own performance reporting, executive narrative and insight generation across Prospect & Key Platforms and PPCG.
  • Serve as a critical partner to channel teams, Marketing Strategy, Investment Optimization, Finance and Analytics, translating performance signals into clear risks, opportunities, actions and investment decisions.
  • Be a critical member of the Prospect & Key Platforms Leadership Team.
