About The Position

The Senior Manager, People leads the execution of strategic human resource initiatives to support business objectives by driving organizational change, enhancing performance, and fostering a collaborative team environment. This role oversees talent development, compliance, and data-driven decision-making while promoting ethical standards and operational excellence. By partnering with business leaders, the position ensures effective resource allocation, continuous improvement, and adherence to policies. The Senior Manager also champions associate engagement and development, enabling a high-performing workforce aligned with company values and long-term success. The People Partner Excellence (PPE) function delivers consistent, scalable, and future-ready people experiences across the International People Team. This team supports People Partners and business leaders by streamlining processes, removing obstacles, and shaping the future of work through insight and empathy. As a Senior Manager, People, you will lead strategic initiatives focused on process transformation and innovation, identifying systemic challenges and scaling improvements across the People ecosystem. The team values collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and continuous enhancement to enable talent development and deliver impactful results aligned with organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in human resource management with a strong focus on organizational change and talent development.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Expertise in analyzing and interpreting business and HR data to inform strategic decisions and improve operational effectiveness.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
  • Demonstrated skills in coaching, performance management, and driving continuous learning and development initiatives.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Commitment to ethical leadership and maintaining confidentiality in all HR practices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to enhance performance.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate and improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
